Benefits of glutamine

It is not a subjective view that glutamine is one of the most valuable supplements in which you should invest even limited financial possibilities. Glutamine is essential supplement not only  for every bodybuilder, but each who is  a serious sportsman, and especially for professionals.

Glutamine is an amino acid that is most common in the muscles. Released from muscle during stress (while training) and while you’re on the corrected diet.
This amino acid is very important as anticatabolic. This means that it is necessary to prevent muscle degradation due to intensive exercise and reduction of food (relative decrease – more exercise and eating as before). Also it is necesary  to build muscle mass as well as for maintaining immunity.

How to use glutamine?
It is best to take it some 20-30 minutes after exercise, and together with protein shake (whey).
Days when you do not train, take it with the last protein shake (before bed).

How to take glutamine?

There is disagreement among experts on this topic. Our opinion is that planned to commence with 5g and increase the dose up to 10-15g when the stomach slowly adapt to absorb relatively large amounts of glutamine. of course leave the larger dose of glutamine for periods of intense training.
No need to only take it in cycles as you would with creatine. You can use it  permanently. Its positive effect will feel in the period of preparation or weight gain, but also cut stage.
