Natural antioxidants

There are various measures of antioxidant capacity of foods. One of them is ORAC abbreviation  for the capacity to absorb oxygen radicals.

Value ORAC or its score awarded to certain foodstuffs sign measuring their ability to act against oxidation and to establish complex balance and anti prooxidative processes in the body. The higher the ORAC score the greater the chance that certain foods actually have benefits to our health especially in terms of prevention of aging and cancer, and the neutralization of free radicals.

 

A large number of food is determined by ORAC score but unfortunately we can not all find it in raw form. but fortunately most of us that food is easily accessible even in the form of spices, which will increase the nutritional value and flavor of food.

 

Use  this knowledge in fight  against fatigue, aging, illness. Food is something without which we can not be sure, and why not make it maximum functional.
