Nutrition facts for an apple

Apple has a huge advantage when compared  to the other fruits. It can be a mainstay of health and diet. In fact, if you go for some other type of diet(that doesn`t contain apples), you should take a multivitamin tablets to maintain the most vital functions. For apples this is not necessary because this fruit contains all what is most important, ie. vitamins, minerals and vital nutrients (beta-carotene and lutein). For example, a one larger apple contains 10 mg of vitamin C, which is enough to not get scurvy (hypovitaminosis C). When you are looking for clean energy, apple contains almost ideal amount of glucose, fructose and sucrose. Apples also contain valuable trace element boron (two apples contain 1 mg), which is very important for prevention of osteoporosis. One more thing – boron  encourages brain activity and increases mental capacity. Do not forget that apples contain a lot of soluble fiber; For instance, medium-sized apple contains as much as 5 g, which is about 20% of daily needs. Thanks to this capacity, the apple does not halt digestion (constipation). And another thing; The more fibers, the lower the level of insulin in the blood, and thus the less hunger. Insulin is the enemy of those who are losing weight ( it can help with weight loss) and rule is that the lower insulin, the better. Apples contain quercetin and lutein in reasonable quantities so that the research conducted at 9 959 patients given incredibly good results. Apple protects against lung cancer, ie. patients who consumed five apples a day were outbreaks compared to the control group by about 50% less. It is worth mentioning that it was a red and yellow apples, not green apples. Apple is the best raw and unpeeled because the most valuable ingredients are found under the peel or in the peel (fiber structure is in use) and by peeling  an apple before eating means the same thing as throwing chocolate and eating the paper that was wrapped around it. The second important thing is to wash  peel well to remove any residues from spraying.
