Preventing back pain

Preventing back pain isn`t that hard. Besides regular exercises, food is very important factor against back pain.

Foods that are good for the muscles are cabbage, hazelnuts, natural rice, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and products from whole-wheat flour. For blood flow is good to use garlic and onions, and green onions. You should also consume soy products, then beans, olives, corn, wheat and sunflower seeds can prevent agonizing pain. In fact these foods boosts the spice if capsaicin, which is found in peppers, pepperoni and pepper and that muscle mass releases of prostaglandins. According to the doctors, during cold days, when the risk of getting sciatica is particularly large, you should not be eating meat and meat products.

In case of any pain from sciatica, it is advised to eat a lot of oranges, mandarins, kiwi, mango, papaya and grapefruit because they contain a lot of vitamin C, which is also good in the fight against the pain of sciatica.
