What is nitric oxide

Why do people usually buy NO reactors… some say “to dominate” the training, that inflation increase  muscular mass,  soaring to increase the weight with which they work on and no more boredom and yawning in training … They sense the power of their own body!
If you devote a few minutes reading the following text, to know what is actually happening in your body!

Getting energy

The main source of chemical energy for all cells in the body, including muscle cells is adenosine triphosphate (ATP). When the supply of ATP in muscle decline, then there is no power that would start the whole machinery. This state is understood as fatigue and hence it is very important to rapidly resupply ATP.
The primary fuel source in the body are carbohydrates, which are deposited in the muscles in the form of glycogen. In the process of glycolysis, through a series of enzymatic processes, glycogen is converted into glucose. The process of  glycolysis leads to the synthesis of ATP, which supports contraction, and finally, as the final product, lactic acid is formed.
Energy consumption will be easiest to portray in the case of runners. Middle distance runners use more blood glucose than sprinters because they have a larger volume of blood to be supplied to the muscles. In this way, at the same time the cleaning of the lactic acid happening  in the muscles and that acid  is released into the bloodstream.
During the longer activity the body have available multiple forms of energy (long-distance runners use the fat as fuel). So the fatis  never used as a standalone power source but always with carbohydrates when the body is exposed to medium intensity activity, and in this work it saves glycogen stores.
But what about the short sections and explosive sports? (Anaerobic energy)
Sources are:

1) ATP from cells;

2) phosphocreatine in the cells;

3) anaerobic glycolytic energy produced by decomposition of glycogen to lactic acid.

Reserves od sources  1) +2) +3), if they are the only source of energy, they  can produce energy only up to 1 minute. Short but very quick source of energy! From this it is easy to deduce why creatine supplements are excellent supplement in sports which require explosiveness.

What causes fatigue?

Many factors contribute to the fatigue during exhausting activities: reduction of glucose in the blood, dehydration, fever and depletion of muscle glycogen. When high intensity exercise requires more energy than aerobic activity, anaerobic metabolism in order to compensate for converting muscle glycogen into glucose thereby is providing ATP. As the intensity or length increases, highly muscular energy phosphates (ATP and creatine phosphate) are reduced while increasing the amount of lactate and the consequence of this is fatigue. To avoid fatigue, adequate levels of ATP and creatine phosphate must be maintained while the lactate and hydrogen ions must be removed continuously.
Creatine in muscle cells provides the basic substrate of creatine phosphate, which rapidly generates ATP. During intense muscular activity  lactic acid is secreted. The increase of these products( lactate acid and hydrogen ions) can reduce the maximum power of the muscle.

Creatine – first supplement to think that when we say “power”
First, let`s explain  how creatine works in the human organism.

In the human body creatine is synthesized in the liver and consists of three amino acids: arginine, glycine, or methionine. Creatine is  consumed through diet and supplements, creatine-rich foods as red meat and fish.  Condsumed creatine is up to 98%  deposited in the muscles, while the remaining part is deposited in the brain, heart and testes. Excess creatine is excreted by the kidneys in the form of creatinine.
Creatine has the primary role in the regeneration of ATP, ie. serves as a backup power source when the level of ATP drops, thus helping to continue intensive muscle work as an example of exercisers reflects greater durability.
Creatine also increases the volume of muscle cells, which leads to an increase in muscle size and scope.
Reasons why athletes use creatine are to increase muscle mass and strength, mainly is a common comment that you will experience  strength and  growth in training very shortly after the start of using this supplement.
During the training, the creatine in our body has multiple benefits. Creatine prevents sore muscles neutralizing lactic acid that builds up during muscular work. It also stimulates protein synthesis and muscle growth, and has an anabolic effect.
During the use of products based on creatine it  is necessary to bring a sufficient amount of fluid that would not effect the withdrawal of water in the muscles, training hard and sweating leading to dehydration.
Magnesium creatine chelate is a form of creatine that considerably increases the strength and absorption of creatine in muscle cells. Increase hydration of cells caused by magnesium creatine chelate increases the biosynthesis of protein (more protein, more muscle mass without fat).
Creatine Ethyl Ester is a new form of creatine. Esterified form allows for better absorption and solubility in muscle tissue. Creatine ethyl ester passes through the cell membrane without the transferor, which means better absorption! This form does not cause bloating and stomach discomfort, it is quickly absorbed into the muscle tissue supporting the synthesis of ATP, a strong intracellular volumization, muscle growth, strength and endurance.
Malic ccid participates in the Krebs cycle as a mediating substance, also takes part in providing the necessary energy for our body. By combining malic acid and creatine monohydrate is obtained tricreatine malate which is much better soluble in water than regular creatine, eliminates the possibility of occurrence of stomach problems and much more efficient influence on the regeneration of molecules of ATP.

The powerful effect of arginine

Small “swelling” of muscle cells gives a signal to begin the process that will lead to muscle growth, increased protein synthesis and decreased muscle degradation. Laboratory studies have shown that swelling muscle cells activated by connections that trigger the genes are necessary for muscle building. Creatine and arginine are two supplements available in the market that play that role (maximizing muscle INFLATION during training).
Arginine stimulates the flow of blood flow to the muscle , while creatine is pulling fluid into the muscle tissue by increasing the volume of muscle cells.

The  presence of arginine stimulates regeneration processes and cell growth, as well as increasing the  levels of growth hormone in the strenght exercise and loads and improves muscle recovery. In addition, it can help lower cholesterol in the blood, in healing of burns, for heart health. Another important role of arginine is in  its role of precursor of nitric oxide which emphasizes its metabolic importance. Helps release the body of excess ammonia, is very important in protein synthesis as well as the construction of the immune system. Arginine in combination with alpha-ketoglutarate is very important for the metabolism of amino acids as well as for energy production.
Arginine Alpha-Ketogluterat is the transport system which when enter the bloodstream significantly increases the production of nitric oxide, which leads to: increase and increase “muscle pump” after training, increases endurance and accelerates recovery and it  allows doing more  intensified training.

What is NO – nitric oxide?

Nitric oxide  is a highly reactive gas that occurs naturally in the human body and has a broad operation in physiological functions including circulation, inflammation and release of oxygen in the soft tissue of red blood cells, thus playing an important role in all important chemical reactions in the body . Unfortunately, most people are deprived of natural production of NO, which is among the main prerequisites for maintaining optimal health.

Its presence in the blood enhances and improves muscle performance. It enhances blood flow and delivery of nutrients to the cells involved in the exercise, increases strength, vasodilation and cellular pump, as well as the regeneration of muscle fibers. Nitric oxide has a lifespan of only a few seconds so the organism must constantly produce it. Increasing the sources of free arginine increases the production of nitric oxide. New compound A-AKG and L-Arginine helps maximize biousage and directly affect the production of nitric oxide. What will the most bodybuilders notice is  much stronger muscle contractions and stronger pump. Longer-lasting intracellular pump to increase muscle hardness and blood circulation.

An amino acid that is a metabolite of L-arginine, acts as anti-catabolic, keeps glutamine. It promotes the secretion of growth hormone. Growth hormone in the body acts on the good energy utilization of fats, enhances resilience, strengthens the connective tissue, stimulates protein synthesis in muscles, reduces the level of urea in the blood, helps  immunological and liver function .
And what is important for us, it  increases the operation of arginine in the body and works cooperatively with arginine. It stimulates insulin secretion and promotes its anabolic effect.

Citrulline malate

Citrulline malate increases nitric oxide levels, which increases blood flow and oxygen to the muscles and supplies them with glucose needed for intense training. Besides playing a key role in the production of ATP and phosphocreatine, and at the same time increases the aerobic endurance, reducing the shrinkage of lactic acid in the muscles and accelerates the regeneration. Because of all these qualities is an excellent tool for every serious athlete who wants to train better, longer, with greater intensity and to faster regenerate.
Supplementation with citrulline malate in humans has shown great results. French scientists in several studies have found that the concentration of lactate in the blood is reduced and the elimination of ammonia increased after physical exertion. The rapid recovery from physical exertion is correlated with a reduction of blood lactate.

Taurine like creatine binds water in the muscle cells, which increases their volume and strength. For those who want to increase muscle mass and strength that is great news because increased muscle hydration increases protein synthesis, and what you first feel is a fantastic feeling, “INFLATION”. In short, the main role of taurine would be:
-improves metabolism of glucose and amino acids
– Participates in protein synthesis
– Prevents the catabolic processes and speeds up recovery
– It is necessary for rehydration of the cells, provides a greater volume of cells
– Participates in the metabolism of fat, controlling cholesterol
– Helps the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins
– Supports cardiovascular health and immune system
If your goal is muscle mass and strength, we recommend that you use with the above supplements and whey protein, ie. Whey protein that will ensure sufficient amount of your muscle building material for their growth.
