What is nitric oxide

Why do people usually buy NO reactors… some say “to dominate” the training, that inflation increase  muscular mass,  soaring to increase the weight with which they work on and no more boredom and yawning in training … They sense the power of their own body!
If you devote a few minutes reading the following text, to know what is actually happening in your body!

Getting energy

The main source of chemical energy for all cells in the body, including muscle cells is adenosine triphosphate (ATP). When the supply of ATP in muscle decline, then there is no power that would start the whole machinery. This state is understood as fatigue and hence it is very important to rapidly resupply ATP.
The primary fuel source in the body are carbohydrates, which are deposited in the muscles in the form of glycogen. In the process of glycolysis, through a series of enzymatic processes, glycogen is converted into glucose. The process of  glycolysis leads to the synthesis of ATP, which supports contraction, and finally, as the final product, lactic acid is formed.
Energy consumption will be easiest to portray in the case of runners. Middle distance runners use more blood glucose than sprinters because they have a larger volume of blood to be supplied to the muscles. In this way, at the same time the cleaning of the lactic acid happening  in the muscles and that acid  is released into the bloodstream.
During the longer activity the body have available multiple forms of energy (long-distance runners use the fat as fuel). So the fatis  never used as a standalone power source but always with carbohydrates when the body is exposed to medium intensity activity, and in this work it saves glycogen stores.
But what about the short sections and explosive sports? (Anaerobic energy)
Sources are:

1) ATP from cells;

2) phosphocreatine in the cells;

3) anaerobic glycolytic energy produced by decomposition of glycogen to lactic acid.

Reserves od sources  1) +2) +3), if they are the only source of energy, they  can produce energy only up to 1 minute. Short but very quick source of energy! From this it is easy to deduce why creatine supplements are excellent supplement in sports which require explosiveness.

What causes fatigue?

Many factors contribute to the fatigue during exhausting activities: reduction of glucose in the blood, dehydration, fever and depletion of muscle glycogen. When high intensity exercise requires more energy than aerobic activity, anaerobic metabolism in order to compensate for converting muscle glycogen into glucose thereby is providing ATP. As the intensity or length increases, highly muscular energy phosphates (ATP and creatine phosphate) are reduced while increasing the amount of lactate and the consequence of this is fatigue. To avoid fatigue, adequate levels of ATP and creatine phosphate must be maintained while the lactate and hydrogen ions must be removed continuously.
Creatine in muscle cells provides the basic substrate of creatine phosphate, which rapidly generates ATP. During intense muscular activity  lactic acid is secreted. The increase of these products( lactate acid and hydrogen ions) can reduce the maximum power of the muscle.

Creatine – first supplement to think that when we say “power”
First, let`s explain  how creatine works in the human organism.

In the human body creatine is synthesized in the liver and consists of three amino acids: arginine, glycine, or methionine. Creatine is  consumed through diet and supplements, creatine-rich foods as red meat and fish.  Condsumed creatine is up to 98%  deposited in the muscles, while the remaining part is deposited in the brain, heart and testes. Excess creatine is excreted by the kidneys in the form of creatinine.
Creatine has the primary role in the regeneration of ATP, ie. serves as a backup power source when the level of ATP drops, thus helping to continue intensive muscle work as an example of exercisers reflects greater durability.
Creatine also increases the volume of muscle cells, which leads to an increase in muscle size and scope.

What is NO – nitric oxide?

Nitric oxide  is a highly reactive gas that occurs naturally in the human body and has a broad operation in physiological functions including circulation, inflammation and release of oxygen in the soft tissue of red blood cells, thus playing an important role in all important chemical reactions in the body . Unfortunately, most people are deprived of natural production of NO, which is among the main prerequisites for maintaining optimal health.

Its presence in the blood enhances and improves muscle performance. It enhances blood flow and delivery of nutrients to the cells involved in the exercise, increases strength, vasodilation and cellular pump, as well as the regeneration of muscle fibers. Nitric oxide has a lifespan of only a few seconds so the organism must constantly produce it. Increasing the sources of free arginine increases the production of nitric oxide.
